澳门大学教育学院副教授,博士生导师,教育学本科项目主任。研究兴趣为一语/二语词汇习得、技术辅助语言学习、数字游戏化语言学习、眼动研究等。主编学术专著8本,在Applied Linguistics,Computers & Education,CALL等国际权威期刊发表高水平论文138篇。现任TESOL Communications期刊主编,并担任English Teaching & Learning等多家学术期刊编委,获Publons同行评审奖(全球社科领域前1%)

Academic publishing can feel like a “black box,” especially for early-career researchers. Drawing on my experience as an author, reviewer, and editor, this talk demystifies the hidden norms of submission, review, and editorial decisions. I’ll focus on articulating a clear claim of significance—because without it, reviewers and editors will ask “so what?”—and share practical strategies to avoid that fatal response.
